There are more than two hundred Kriyas. Those are best learned in a certain order. We start with one Kriyas combination daily. We will have you master it by the end of the week, so you can train at home at your pace.
ASANAS
There are more asanas than one thinks. Over two thousand have been described. We concentrate on the Kaula Tantra asanas. And you'll feel soft, flexible and relaxed.
PRANAYAMA
Without breath we will not live very long. Good breathing is key to a healthy life. The exercises of Pranayama are great to train your breathing and very much comparable to breathing trainings in other traditions.
MEDITATION
Peace of mind is not the only advantage that meditation can bring. One can enhance the working of the body through the mind; enhance the feeling towards others and accept
and embrace fears and so on .
